Afra is a teacher and learner who perpetually strives to make a difference in her community. She is eager to apply her knowledge and interest in nutrition, psychology, and public policy to improve the education and holistic experiences of children in her community. As a result, she is committed to developing innovative approaches to childhood education and well-being, with an overarching goal of inspiring others to make a positive impact on the world. Her Rise project involved research that identified how different factors affect early childhood development. To ensure that students have the best start in their educational journey, Afra plans to host workshops on early childhood education in her school.
