The Rise application is currently closed. It will reopen at the end of 2021. When it does, spread the word to receive a gift.
Here's how it works
Do you have a friend who would be great for Rise? Find your unique referral link on the Hello World - Rise app and share it with as many people as you’d like.
If your friend uses your link and they are selected as a Rise Global Winner, you could receive a Surface Go 2 computer or an alternate gift valued at USD 500. You also could receive gifts if that friend goes on to refer more people who end up being selected as a Rise Global Winner.

Here’s an example
Vik thinks his friend Paloma would be a great candidate for Rise and refers her through the Hello World app. Paloma applies and also refers her friend, Lethabo.
Lethabo applies and also refers his friend, Sara. If Sara becomes a Rise Global Winner, then Lethabo would receive a gift worth up to USD 500, Paloma would receive one worth up to USD 250, and Vik would receive one worth up to USD 125.

Only eligible Rise applicants can participate in this referral process and receive gifts. Gifts are only awarded to applicants who are referred through the Hello World app.
If you don’t have access to the app, we still encourage you to recommend a friend to apply by sending them a link to the Rise website.
In the event one Global Winner receives multiple nominations, the link the Global Winner actually uses will be the one that triggers any award.
Only three levels of gifts are available through this process, equivalent in value of up to USD 500, USD 250, and USD 125.
