Volodymyr is a talented Ukrainian programmer and mathematician with a passion for using technology to address critical challenges. In the difficult times of the war, Volodymyr has been working hard for the good of Ukraine, creating projects to improve public safety and the environment. He has won awards at prestigious national and international scientific events such as INOVA, I-Fest, Genius Olympiad, and Infomatrix. For his Rise project, he designed a model that combines statistical mathematics and computer science to develop effective applications for decision-making and risk assessment. Volodymyr's main goal is to be among the best scientists and social leaders and to serve humanity by introducing innovative technologies to solve social and security issues.
