Our Team

Analiese Barnes-Classen is a Support Services Advisor. In this role, she leads the financial operations that support Fellow benefits.

Before joining the Rise team, Analiese spent two years overseeing program operations for the Technologist for Global Transformation program, a Schmidt initiative for early career technologists interested in social impact. As a proud public school graduate and first-generation college student, she is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their academic and professional goals through resources and opportunities. Prior to her time at TGT, she was the Operation Program Specialist at Columbia University School of Engineering, managing STEM education programs and partnerships between the university and community organizations.

Analiese holds a BA from Providence College in Public and Community Service Studies and a certificate in Community Leadership and Social Change from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice.
