Erica Martin
Manager of Learning & Impact
Erica Martin is the Manager of Learning & Impact where she leads programming and partnerships to foster learning, collaboration, and community among Fellows.
Previously, Erica managed learning and development programs in the non-profit and education sectors. At College Board, she launched initiatives to enhance employee experience and team effectiveness. At The University of Texas at Austin, she expanded leadership programming to prepare STEM students for future leadership roles in science and industry. Throughout her career, she has coached, advised, and mentored students and early career professionals, helping them find their ‘why,’ identifying their personal and professional goals, and charting a path towards reaching them.
Erica holds a Master of Science in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Occidental College. A lifelong learner, she is an avid reader of non-fiction (share your recs!) and also currently dabbling in ceramic handbuilding and mastering the art of espresso.
