Bililign Demeke
Ethiopia
Bililign is an Ethiopian advocate who is passionate about biological sciences and uplifting young students in his community. Motivated to make a difference and bridge the education gap throughout Ethiopia, he tutored refugee children and organized a festival to raise funds and school supplies for his Rise project. Bililign plans on becoming a medicinal biologist and hopes to study how indigenous plants can be used to treat diseases.
