Reese is a nature enthusiast from Romania, with a strong belief in the power of environmental advocacy. He is an Ambassador for the climate simulator En-ROADS, a member of the Romanian Ornithological Society (SOR) and the founder of a youth nature club that inspired middle schoolers to take part in citizen science. Along with his love of nature, he expresses himself through writing and has been published in two anthologies. For his Rise project, Reese harnessed experiences as a transgender teen in Romania to create a self-published magazine about accepting trans bodies — hoping that all can take part in protecting the Earth we share.
